Our new home is located in the quaint village of Centerville, walking distance to the famous Four Seas Ice Cream, library,& penny candy store. Also conveniently located near Osterville with its upscale town center, and Hyannis, making mall shopping and entertainment easy. Family friendly Craigville Beach is .9 mile away, and many other beaches are nearby. Biking, walking, antiquing, theater, movies, restaurants, tennis, boating, golf are also close. We don't have the high traffic of Chatham or Falmouth, and travel from Boston or Providence is convenient. The house is on a beautifully landscaped private 1.3 acres, on a private cul de sac. The rear of the house has a large deck overlooking a perennial garden and a cranberry bog. Imagine a family or gathering of friends in front of the fire, the smell of turkey roasting and the laughter of loved ones!

We would consider a winter rental pending discussion with prospective family. Rates would be approximately $4500.plus utilities per month with first, last & security deposit. We also will consider a shorter than 7 day rental during high season, but at a higher daily rate. Pls inquire.
The main level of the house is open floor plan allowing for a wheelchair, and there is a master suite with a walk in shower.

The house itself is a 4850 sf spacious and light-filled space, with lovely architectural details inside and out. It is an extended Cape with an open floor plan in the entertaining areas, but four large luxurious private bedrooms en-suite with lovely baths and extensive closets and furnishings. The home is very long, one room deep, allowing light to filter in from many sides. Wood and stone floors, a marble master bath, kitchen with sub-zero fridge, gas cooking, 10' island, beds with pillow-top mattresses and cotton linens coordinated in color are just some of the special features of this upscale home. A large built-in desk with wireless internet is close to the kitchen near the laundry area and half bath. A large deck along the back of the house is private and has views of a lovely perennial garden and a Cranberry Bog. It is professionally interior designed with pretty colors, art and antiques, natural fibers and comfortable new custom furnishings.
The location is particularly interesting, as it is very convenient to other areas of the Cape and to the Islands of Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. The Hyannis airport and ferries to Nantucket are only a few miles away. Several grocery markets including such names as Trader Joe's, Stop and Shop, Shaws, are within a few miles. It is just a great place to live or visit and people of all ages will find our lovely home comfortable, and enjoyable and time here will generate very happy memories.
