Our traditional saltbox sits on a hilltop with beautiful vistas of the Vineyard Sound with Naushon Island in the distance. Everyone who drives down the long wooded driveway is pleasantly surprised when they walk onto the deck and look across the treetops to see the panoramic scene before them.
Located in the very popular Lambert’s Cove area on just under two acres, the home is situated so you can look through the many windows and enjoy the view from just about anywhere in the house.
Outside, there are three levels of decks and patio with lots of space to relax on the lounge chairs, cook on the gas grill, dine at the big outdoor table, or toast one of our fantastic sunsets from the top deck off the master bedroom. The patio and decks are all interconnected with stairways and ramps. And after the sun goes down, there are amazing star shows on clear nights, with the Naushon Island lighthouse blinking across the Sound.

Inside living space is also on three levels and is well-appointed with all modern amenities.
The kitchen has lots of granite countertop space for cooking. It is open to the dining room so the chef can enjoy the view out the picture window while working at the breakfast bar.
On the upper level you will find two bedrooms with queen beds and with large windows to enjoy the view when you wake in the morning. The master bedroom has a slider that opens to an upper deck. There is a full bath on that level. The bedrooms are connected with a balcony hallway that is open to the main level below.
The main level has the kitchen, a full dining room with a table that seats 10, and a large living room with TV, DVD/VCR player, and a stereo with CD player. A powder room is off the kitchen. A slider opens to the main deck for access to the large outdoor dining table and grill
On the lower level there are two more bedrooms, one with twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa, and the other with bunk beds. These bedrooms share another full bathroom. The bunk bed room has a slider that opens to the large patio with a large 10 x 12 built in sandbox.
There’s an outside shower to wash away the sand and a shed to store your beach chairs and toys.
The home is equipped with wireless high speed internet network and digital cable TV, with On Demand programming available.
The great beach at Lambert’s Cove is available for you as a West Tisbury renter if you purchase a beach sticker. There is a great Island bus system that let’s you get just about anywhere on the Island for a small fee, and it can be picked up right on Lambert’s Cove Rd.
Our best endorsement comes from our regular renters, most of whom have been coming back for more than 10 years, and have already signed up for 2009.
