The Mello Yello Beach House is fully loaded for your beach vacation. However, please ask if you are looking for something that is not on the list below.

Kitchen:
o Stainless steel microwave, dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator
o Coffee maker, with auto grinder
o Toaster
o 1.5 HP Blender
o Steak knives
o Silverware for 12
o Glasses: drinking, wine, and coffee cups.
o Plates: indoor and outdoor plates
o Numerous mixing, and salad bowls
o Numerous serving dishes
o Pots and pans
o Baking dishes
o Corkscrew/bottle openers
o Sponges/Kitchen towels
o Lobster pot
o Lobster crackers to crack your lobster
o Strainers/Colanders
o Cutting boards
o Salt and pepper shakers
o Spices & olive oil. No other food, etc. will be at the house when you arrive.

Electronics:
o 42 inch flat screen in living room with a DVD player, cable
o 2 other 32 inch flat screens – 1 in the master bedroom, and the other in the green bedroom on the first floor
o Bose sound system for your IPOD. Please do not take this system outside.

Outdoors (deck):
o Huge deck (seating for 12), with beautiful green and white awning
o New gas grill with grilling utensils and grill scraper/cleaner
o Filled gas tank for gas grill. There is an extra back up gas tank in the shed. Gas tanks can also be filled in town at Chatham Hardware which is on Main Street in town: 624 Main Street, Chatham, MA 02633 --- (508)945-0107
o Outdoor table

Outdoor Activities (biking/hiking/Town of Harwich/park/Cape League Baseball/Golf):
o The Mello Yello Beach House is located right next to the Cape Cod Rail Trail (http://www.mass.gov/dcr/parks/southeast/ccrt.htm). Simply go to the end of the cul-de-sac and you’ll see the trail.
o We have bikes and helmets in the shed in the back yard.
o Just a few hundred yards down the bike path (to the left) is Thompson”s hiking reservation.
o The quaint town of Harwich is just a short walk on the bike path.
o Also down the same path is a beautiful Harwich park, with tennis and basketball courts. This is also where the Harwich Mariners – Cape Cod baseball team plays.
o Cranberry Valley public golf course is about a mile away

Beach:
o Beach chairs
o Beach towels
o A cooler

Household:
o Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detector
o 12 sets of towels
o Bar soap
o Hand pump soap for both bathrooms and kitchen
o Linen cabinet with extra linens if needed as well as extra soap and light bulbs.
The following will be at the house when you arrive and you will need to restock as needed.
o Laundry detergent
o Paper towels
o Toilet paper
o Numerous cleaning supplies, vacuum, broom, mop, etc. if you want to clean during your week

Air conditioning and ceiling fans:
o There are 2 window unit air conditions upstairs, and 5 of the rooms contain brand new ceiling fans to keep the house cool

Basement:
o The basement contains a new set of stairs and is newly painted
o It contains a ping pong table, and a small indoor basketball game
o It contains a couch
o It also contains an extra refrigerator and an ice machine
