At Mattakesett Properties (part of the Winnetu Oceanside Resort), the cares of everyday life fall away. When you choose to reside in one of our 4-bedroom homes, you'll be just a short stroll from South Beach or the bike path leading to charming Edgartown. These 4-bedroom homes sleep between 8-12 guests. Smoking is not permitted.
Guests have complimentary privileges at our Children's Day Program, Parent/Toddler Program, tennis club, fitness center, and heated swimming pools, as well as yoga and exercise classes.
