Come stay in this adorable, recently renovated 2 bedroom cottage located in the village of Cotuit on the warm water side of Cape Cod. This beautiful little home features brand new hardwood floors. Two bedrooms: one with two twin beds, and one with a queen and one and a half baths. A fantastic large yard with plenty of room to play, a brand new grill for BBQ, internet, cable, and a lovely screened in front porch.
The village has a convenience store, a library, a small breakfast and lunch restaurant, and an evening watering hole. The cottage is only a short walk to the Cotuit Kettliers Cape Cod baseball field, a short ride (2 to 3 miles) to 3 beaches. A Barnstable Beach pass is included for you to enjoy all Barnstable Beaches free of Charge!
If you wish to head out, there are over 50 restaurants and 15 golf courses within a 10 mile radius. Looking to do a little shopping... the Mashpee Commons, Main Street Hyannis and the Cape Cod Mall are only a short drive.
