This home is located on a 1.2 acre family compound. The other home on the property (#164 Point of Pines), is a two bedroom also for lease and listed separately. The grounds, the small beach and the dock are shared with this nearby house.

This house is not available for long-terrm winter rental. It is available for rent through October 15th each year. Prices for periods after labor Day, and before Memorial Day, are available upon request. Rates are discounted 20% for non-summer weeks.
House is on one floor with two steps to enter home from exterior. Bathrooms are NOT ADA compliant.
