Perfect vacation home for one or two families vacationing together. Sleeps fourteen comfortably in two separate quarters. Property overlooks a private beach featuring swimming, boating, and sunsets directly out front every day. The public beach is a short walk down the street where there are lifeguards on duty. On the street side of the home, there is ample parking for 5-6 cars, and the front deck is a perfect, sunny place for your morning coffee. Less than a five minute walk away are publc tennis courts, a playground, an ice cream shop, a convenience mart, a hair dresser, a knitting store, and a diner. There are several family style restaurants in the immediate area, all within a couple of miles, and Falmouth center is only 7 miles away where there is more shopping, restaurants, and ferry access to the islands.

The new bike path has just been finished, and runs from Megansett to Woods Hole providing a safe and easy way to get some exercise and visit the village at the end featuring the Aquarium, Marine Biological Institute, the Steamship Authority, and other fabulous eating establishments. We have lived here for 50 years and have never grown tired of the area, the view, or the people. You can sit back and relax your whole vaction, or you can be busy every minute with something different each day. Megansett is family friendly and is truly a haven for kids!
