Luxury plus - Six sleeping areas (sleeps 14+),4½ bathrooms-central air – custom built home (2008) with heated gunite pool and spa. Deluxe amenities abound in our newly built (2008) 3500 sq ft home - conveniently located to both Edgartown and South Beach and all other Vineyard towns and beaches.
Our central air conditioned home has 6 bedrooms and 4 ½ half bathrooms and includes 2 master bedrooms (first floor and second floor) and 4 large family bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Our new gourmet kitchen has dining space for all. The living/great room and den complete the first floor. A spacious lower level contains a ping pong table and plenty of games for all. The back deck with screened-in porch leads to a beautiful heated in-ground pool with an attached hot tub/spa with privacy.
We have equipped our house for a large group with 2 refrigerators, 2 washing machines, 2 dryers, 2 dishwashers, large grill, and much, much more! Please contact us for more details.
