This is a small single family home in a great neighborhood. Walk to the beach or the sea. This is a great spot for a multidimensional vacation. Sun on the new Wollaston beach (major rennovations to the new sea wall) or go to Boston to take the Freedom Trail, go on college tours or shop for clothes or antiques on Charles Street. Take a duck tour one day or drive further down the Cape to beaches the next. This is an ideal spot to visit New England.
The house has two small bedrooms on the first floor and a large attic bedroom, kids playroom upstairs. There are two full beds, two single beds and a full futton bed/sofa. The kitchen is complete with beautiful china and there is a fireplace for the fall season or winter nights.
