Available monthly starting approx November 1; fully heated by gas, forced hot water baseboard heating system; well insulated; storm windows; $800.00/month with 3-month minimum rental; utilities NOT included; 1st & last month required in advance; credit, criminal & housing history check required.
First floor of house is just 2 steps up from ground level (no ramp); first floor is all on one level and has one bedroom and full bath; doorways are fairly narrow with threshholds, and are typical of an antique house. Excellent access for the elderly.
