SAGAMORE BEACH-Quaint cottage situated just across the street from a lovely private beach on Cape Cod Bay that is great for kids as there are usually no waves. Screened porch with rocking chairs with view of water, sailing vessels and the like for those late afternoon happy hours. Deck off the back of house for sheltered sunbathing or reading. Lovely, quiet neighborhood just 60 miles from Boston or Providence and you don't have to go over bridge. Has public tennis courts & playground 1/2 mile away, local convenience store just a short walk. This is a cottage; shower-no tub, overhead fans in all bedrooms, radio and, if you can't relax without TV & VCR/DVD, it can be provided, CABLE is an EXTRA CHARGE!! Notice required. VERY, VERY RELAXING! Maximum of 4 adults please.
