Ideal for 2 families or large extended family, the home consists of a 3+ bedroom, 2 1/2bath main house and an attached 2 bedroom, 1 bath guest house. The main house (sleeps 7-8) has a large master bedroom with 2 person Jacuzzi; large living room over 40 feet long with high ceilings; modern kitchen; 2 twin bedrooms; 16’ x 18’ sunroom/porch w/ skylights and cathedral ceiling overlooking Seth's pond and large deck. Enjoy swimming, fishing, and boating on the pond in our boat, or walk to the beautiful Lambert’s Cove Beach. 12 min. ride to Vineyard Haven, 15 min. to Edgartown. Enjoy nearby tennis, horseback riding, biking and hiking trails and sunsets. No pets.
The guest house (sleeps 4-5) includes 2 bedrooms, living area, kitchen, and bath. It has its own deck and outdoor shower.
