The house is predominantly glass on the waterfront side, with a lovely cathedral ceiling living/dining room area. There are two master bedrooms--each with decks and waterviews. A third bedroom is perfect for one person.
The beach stretches the entire perimeter of the town--all open for walking, swimming, boating and fishing.
Groceries, restaurants and shops are located nearby in the quaint fishing village named Menemsha. If you want to really slow down your pace, enjoy going to Menemsha by kayak or by taking a lazy bike ride down a quiet road.
