Our 4BR summer home is on 1 acre waterfront in historic Barnstable. Private beach. You'll enjoy incredible views of Barnstable Bay and Sandy Neck. The original cottage, built in 1919, has been renovated with full amenities while keeping the old fashioned charm. Central air and skylights keep it bright and cool. The screened porch, living room, dining room, master and 2 bedrooms have ocean views. There are teak chaise lounges, adirondacks, and a firepit. A outdoor shower, second refrigerator, coolers, beach chairs, beach toys, and bike racks make it an easy family vacation. It is within walking distance to Barnstable Harbor, sportfishing boats, fish market, and historic Barnstable village. Rate includes linens and housekeeping.
