Built in 1846, this renovated home is on a cobblestone and gaslit street only two blocks from town. The house has high ceilings, large bedrooms and lots of light-living room and family room on the first floor and two bedrooms with full bath. Large eat-in kitchen includes pine farm table, separate TV room includes Dell computer on high speed internet and full bath. Wireless internet and premium cable TV. Second floor has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and central A/C. Side yard has outdoor furniture, covered Gazebo and gas grill. Furnishings have the feel of Nantucket - antique pine, quilts, with a country kitchen. A perfect location to walk to restaurants and beach, yet on a quiet street.
