Located steps to Chatham Village on the corner of a quiet, private non-thru lane at the east ocean-end of the village, you are both steps to town & steps to ocean swimming, kayaking, canoeing, fishing & windsurfing...an absolutely unbeatable location! We can recommend kayak & canoe rentals available at reasonable rates with free delivery/pickup to the water.
*Note*: This is a spacious Year-Round home that rents totally & exclusively to your group, either large or small, and comfortably sleeps 9-19. Our rentals are often to larger groups of 14 or more (see ID#4413 for addt'l info), but many times smaller groups of less than 14 also want to be both close to the beach & in-town Chatham and enjoy Luxury...Location...& Lots of Space; therefore, we now advertise for both groups and have no minimum occupancy. Both large and small groups can spread out in comfort here, with many large living areas, many bedrooms, and the ultimate in flexible bedroom arrangements. Newly expanded with 16 beds + 2 sofabeds, this property comfortably accommodates groups of 9-18 individual adults; or 9 couples each with their own actual bedroom; or, our specialty, families of all ages, with 14-18 people maximum preferred, and 19 the absolute maximum. The average tenancy is 14 people, half larger, half smaller. We limit the number of people (19 max) to maintain the high quality of our property in ''like-new'' condition, for our use and the use of all of our tenants. We also provide 2 portacribs (Pack'nPlay), 5 hot/cold showers (1 indoor, 1 outdoor, 3 tub/shower combos).
RATES: Our Off-Season Rates (prior to 05/26/08 & after 10/15/08) are excellent, priced right for your family with extra space for visiting friends & relatives: $3900/week. Jan - May $2500/3-night weekend. Early June $2700/long weekend. Mid-June $4500/long weekend. September $2700/long weekend. September - December $2700/long weekend. Off-Season Holiday weekend $3000. (2008/2009 Weekly Rates: October 12, 2007 - May 31, 2008 $3900. May 31 - June 14 $4200. June 14 - June 21 $5500. June 21 - 28 $9000; June 28 - August 30 $9000 - $11000. August 30 - September 6 $5000. September 6 - October 15 $4500. October 15 - December 31 $3900). Email/Call for additional information, availability.
