You will literally have it all at this fabulous Chatham vacation house, located steps to Chatham Village...beaches, town, privacy, everything... The perfect hard-to-find spacious, casual, comfortable, quality retreat with something for all ages - young, not-so-young, & in-between...1/10th of a mile to town, ocean swimming, kayaking, canoeing, fishing & windsurfing. 3/10's of a mile to Andrew Hardings Lane Beach, a white, sandy National Seashore Beach. 4/10's of a mile to world-class Lighthouse Beach. Due to Chatham Village's unique location off the beaten path, right at the ''elbow'' of the Cape, and due to the equally unique location of the house, you will have convenient access to town & unprecedented water access from the house to SIX ocean beaches & harbors, either in the National Seashore or on Nantucket Sound. Scenic Village **Walk To All**, 2-10 minutes (500 feet - 1/2 mile), to Mill Pond, Andrew Hardings Lane Beach, Lighthouse Beach, South Beach, Claflin Landing Beach, & Oyster Pond ''children's'' Beach!...Water, water, everywhere...North, South, East, and West...a different beach to explore & enjoy. Kayak, novice or expert, 500ft across the street. If you have never kayaked or fished Chatham's harbors & inlets, you are missing exhilarating experiences. Chatham's location on 70 mile long Cape Cod also makes it the PERFECT midpoint between Falmouth and Provincetown for endless Cape Cod explorations.
*NOTE*: This private vacation house, built by a Sea Captain for his daughter, rents totally & exclusively to your group, and comfortably sleeps 9-19. This is a big house with 2 kitchens, 2 laundries, multiple common areas,etc. designed for multiple families & privacy. This property allows groups to spread out in comfort, with many large living areas, 9 private bedrooms, and the ultimate in flexible bedroom arrangements. With 16 beds (no ''walk-thru, no bunk beds, no trundles, no undersized beds, no cots) & 2 sofabeds, it comfortably accommodates groups of 9-18+ individual adults; or 9 couples each with their own bedroom; or, our specialty, families of all ages, with 14-18 people maximum preferred. Groups of 14 are the norm, with half smaller, half larger. We limit the number of people to maintain the high quality of our property in ''like-new'' condition, for our use and the use of all of our tenants. You have the property to yourself. We also provide 2 portacribs (Pack'nPlay), 6 hot/cold showers (1 indoor, 2 outdoor, 3 tub/shower combos).
RATES:
Off Season ... $3500 - $7500/wk.
In Season .... $11,500 - $12,500/wk. All Remaining Jul/Aug weeks, now $8500/wk (group size varies). Call/email.
June 12-19, was $7500, now $5000/wk.
Off Season weekends available, $3000 long weekend.
Off-Season WEEKLY rentals receive Preferred Rate.
