Scenic Village **Walk To All**, 2-10 minutes (500 feet - 1/2 mile), to Mill Pond, Andrew Hardings Lane Beach, Lighthouse Beach, South Beach, Claflin Landing Beach, & Oyster Pond ''children's'' Beach!...Water, water, everywhere...North, South, East, and West...a different beach to explore & enjoy! We can refer you to easy & convenient kayak and canoe rentals, for novice or experienced, available at reasonable rates, with free delivery/pickup to the water, 500ft across the street. If you have never kayaked or fished Chatham's harbors & inlets, you are missing exhilarating experiences! Chatham's location also makes it the perfect midpoint for endless Cape explorations!

*NOTE*: This private vacation house, ''Priscilla House'', named for a Sea Captain's daughter, rents totally & exclusively to your group, and comfortably sleeps 9-19. This property allows groups to spread out in comfort, with many large living areas, nine actual bedrooms, and the ultimate in flexible bedroom arrangements. Newly expanded with 16 beds & 2 sofabeds, it comfortably accommodates groups of 9-18 individual adults; or 9 couples each with their own bedroom; or, our specialty, families of all ages, with 14-18 people maximum preferred, and 19 the absolute maximum. Groups of 14 are the norm, with half smaller, half larger. We limit the number of people (19 max) to maintain the high quality of our property in ''like-new'' condition, for our use and the use of all of our tenants. We also provide 2 portacribs (Pack'nPlay), 6 hot/cold showers (1 indoor, 2 outdoor, 3 tub/shower combos).

RATES: Take advantage of our excellent Off-Season Weekly Rate (available prior to 05/26/08 and after 10/15/08): $3900/week. Off-Season $2500/3-night weekend; early June $2700/long weekend; mid-June $4500/long weekend; Holiday weekends $3000. (2008/2009 Weekly Rates: October 12, 2007 - June 1, 2008 $3900.
