Walk out your back yard to your own small, private sandy beach (big enough for a few beach chairs). There is a large deck and gazebo facing the water, as well as full waterfront views out of every room in the back of the house. Two of the bedrooms are master bedrooms. Lovely hardwood floors thru most of house. Upper Mill Pond is the largest pond in Brewster and is one of the best places to swim in the area. It's also ideal for canoeing, kayaking and sailing (motorboats prohibited). Short drive (1.5 miles) to some of the Cape's most spectacular salt-water beaches with the famous 2-mile long tidal flats, where you can get a permit (nominal fee) for parking that is always available. House is packed w/amenities.
