Quiet and secluded this 4 bedroom, 3 bath upside down Colonial home is surrounded on three sides by conservation land. With extensive decks on first and second floors you can see Sankity head light house and golf coarse and distant views of the Ocean. The house is bright and cheery and the large back yard is often frequented by deer. The kitchen, living room and dining room are on the second floor with access to the upper deck and great views of the surrounding area. The house is furnished in Old English pine and is tastefully decorated. The bike path runs by the house at the end of the driveway. This bike path goes from one end of the island to the other and can be used to reach several beaches close by. There is an eagles nest viewable from the back deck. You are over 600 ft from the road so it is very quiet and safe for the children. On still nights you can hear the waves on the beach. If cool calm and serene is what you are looking for, this is the house for you.
