Cape home located in private residential area at end of cul-de-sac, with new in-ground heated pool. 1 mile from boat ramp, convenient to South Cape Beach and Mashpee Commons shopping. Three bedrooms with queen beds, pull-out sofa and loveseat in LR and double futon in all-glass enclosed sunporch leading to deck. Two full baths, full kitchen, living and dining area and enjoy 3 cable tvs, DVD player, BBQ grill, outdoor shower, washer/dryer, refrigerator, gas stove, miscrowave, coffee/espresso maker. Air conditioning and fans will keep you cool inside while the Mosquito Magnet, pool and fenced in yard will keep you cool and comfortable outside. Walk 1 mile to dock for daytime crabbing, kayaking or fishing and feed the fishies in the small fish pond by the pool. Get a wireless laptop card for access while sitting by the pool. At night sit out at the firepit to make smores and watch swimmers in the lighted pool. No smoking or pets.
