The property is set back down a gravel driveway from a private cul-de-sac, adjacent to extensive cranberry bogs with trails that are wonderful for long sunset walks, jogging and biking. The bog trails can also be used to access a private (Association) beach on Middle Pond, with tennis court and playground. The lake is pristine and sandy, with excellent swimming for all ages. Marstons Mills is located in Barnstable (mid-Cape) convenient to warm-water beaches of Osterville, Cotuit and Mashpee.
