This beautiful, oversized summer cottage, built in 1918, has all the charm of an older Cape cottage, but with all amenities. Its 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, plus other sleeping accommodations, allow two families to share without always running into each other. The screened-in porch is great for enjoying an evening cocktail, or just enjoying the peaceful Cape night air on a dead-end road. A 100 yard walk takes you to your beach rights, or a half mile away is a large public beach, local harbor, and public boat launch. You will avoid all the on-Cape traffic, as you will be only 10 minutes over the Bourne Bridge.
Plenty of room inside and out for two families to split the costs.
