Serene, modern, spacious, waterfront home with private beach just steps away. Lovely large deck with bbq, table, chairs, and lounge chairs overlooking Megansett Harbor on Buzzards Bay. Full sun and lovely Southwest breezes all day. Pretty indoor garden. Bright living room with fireplace and piano.
Good supply of children's books, indoor toys, and beach toys. Full size crib, as well as ''Pack 'n Play'', and high chair. Private beach is excellent for small children.
Scraggy Neck, where the house is located, is a private community with security at a guardhouse during the summer. Members and tenants have access to tennis courts, playground, boat launching, and beaches—in addition to the private beach right at the house.
