Some of the Amenities we include at our family-run property:
Oversized enclosed Outside Shower, Beach Chairs, beach blanket, fully equipped kitchen, coffee pot, paper products, sunscreens, lotions, soaps, detergents, extra light blankets, Courtesy Bed Linen's(*), books, videos and DVDs, sand toys, boogie board, lobster pot, games, gas grill, pillow-top beds, beach umbrella, maps and directions, Binoculars and more....With every lease we issue a detailed list of items we include in the rental. This way you pack less, buy less and save money. Taking the guess work out of what to bring!
(*) Courtesy Linens - We leave bed linens ''no charge'' at the property if you choose to use them, however if you use them we ask for you to clean then prior to departure for the next tenants, the honor system. Tenants need to bring towels.
This property is located in a very low traffic area, on a private circle (off Phillips Rd), but still close to all modern conveniences. The property is updated/maintained every year to ensure our rentals receive the most positive experience for their well deserved vacation.
Location: This is the best place to do a lot on vacation or absolutely nothing! Your front row on the beach with an ever changing scenery of boats coming through the canal. Big yachts, sail boats, barges to coast Guard to even the occasional cruise ship or tall ships! All day long! The beach is private and rarely crowded -- so no rushing to save a spot on the beach -- There is always plenty of room to spread out and enjoy!
Want something to do? Well, there is a lot close by: Conveniently located to Canal walk/bike trail 1 mile, highways, outlet stores 1.1 mile, playground 0.2 mile, Cape Cod historical sites 2.0 miles, bridges 1.0 mile , Cape Cod Canal and great fishing spots 1.0 mile. The famous and historic Plymouth Plantation or Mayflower Boat tour, Plymouth Rock and the Pirates Tales cruise (great for kids 4-10 yrs of age!) all within a 10-15 min ride. Waterwizz, mini-golf, Ryan Amusement center (has inside bowling too), cartland are within 5 min drive. Modern conveniences McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, Baskin Robbins, post office, package store, convenience stores, gas station (mobil), ATM's all located with 1.1 miles or less. Most ALL have convenient drive up service too!
Please note -- smoking is permitted outdoors, and we leave ash trays or sand bucket for you. Also, while we advertise no pets, we will consider pets in the off-season rentals market only. (Oct to April)
