It was fully renovated in 2003, with new furniture, paint, new kitchen counters, flooring and appliances and an updated bathroom. Two bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom includes two bunk beds. The house is well-equipped with kitchenware, china, flatware, linens and towels, in addition to beach chairs, coolers and beach towels. The house has been installed with wireless internet access. It includes a secluded back yard with picnic table, grill and enclosed shower. The front porch is perfect for viewing Madaket sunsets and the covered breezeway is a perfect spot for relaxing.

Madaket is a charming beach community approximately 5 miles from downtown Nantucket. The house is across from Hither Creek on a quiet road near Madaket Beach. Madaket Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. A boat ramp leading to Madaket Harbor is .3 mile away. The house is just off the bike path and the bus line leading to town.
