Charming, newly furnished, spacious home with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Spectacular knotty pine hardwood floors throughout with antique stone fireplace. French doors open from kitchen to yard with patio for barbequing and entertaining. Short distance to public golf courses, marina and many other beautiful beaches. All new linens and bedding. Additional outdoor shower. Great floor plan.
Just to describe the floor plan....through the front door, you would enter into a good size living room with stone fireplace...to the right is a bedroom (queen) with cable tv/vcr. Through the entry to the left (beyond the living room) is the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen has a new refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. A lot of counter space. There is also a full bath off of the kitchen.

The French door off of the kitchen opens up to the patio and backyard. Off of the back of the kitchen is a stairway down to the completely furnished full basement with sofa bed (queen). Again another tv/vcr/dvd. This is also a great playroom for the kids....wide open, spacious and carpeted. The washer and dryer are down there in a closet off to the back. Off of the living room is a stairway up to the second floor. The hallway is very wide with a built in bookshelf...with many books/games. There is a large bedroom (queen) off to the right with a walk in closet. There are also skylights on both sides of the room that open for sun or breeze. Back through the hallway to the other side of the house is another large bedroom (queen) with walk in closet and again more skylights. Into the hallway once more....there is an antique wooden spiral staircase. At the top of the spiral is another bedroom with two twin beds and closet. The entire house has beautiful hardwood knotty pine floors that are in really great condition. One of the things we really loved about the house when we bought it. The house could sleep 10 but more likely 8 comfortably. We recently purchased the home after falling in love with it! We wanted to make it much more homey and personal than just a rental......We would love to rent our home to some great people who will really enjoy all that it offers....the location couldn't be better as far as shops and great restaurants...an ice-cream parlor, pizza place and a few great little breakfast places....all within steps from the house. Dowses beach is one of my favorite....Great beach for kids!
