Hilltop is truly unique among rental homes! Located at the edge of a secluded, ten-acre, freshwater pond, it is nestled in the woods, but still just minutes from Vineyard Haven and West Tisbury. Originally built as a private year-round home, Hilltop doesn't evoke a typical rental feel at all. With a cedar and mahogany interior, very large and airy rooms, and an inspired layout, it is ideal for a secluded escape. A well-equipped kitchen, 3 fireplaces (including one in the master bedroom and one in the second bedroom!), and a vast living/dining room add to Hilltop's desirability. There is even a canoe for tenant use at our pond. But nothing tops the water view from the nearly 300-square-foot deck, or from the cathedral-ceilinged living room, with its multiple sets of sliding glass doors!
