Newer home in Oak Bluffs with over 3200 square feet. This rather large house is located just a few blocks from the lagoon beaches and within walking distance of downtown shops and entertainment. There are many beaches nearby. The house has a wonderful kitchen featuring custom cabinets and Jen-Air grill top range built into a breakfast bar. There is an indoor and a covered outdoor dining area. The living room is very roomy and has a marble and stone seasonal fireplace with a year round waterfall feature built into the stonework for your relaxing enjoyment. The house features cathedral knotty pine wood ceilings with a second and third story view. With marble, oriental carpets and cherry hardwood floors throughout, you will feel like royalty as you enjoy the vineyard charm.

The listed price is for 11 people and for an additional $700. There is an attached studio room that sleeps 4 with an 8 foot wide sliding glass door as a private entrance that brings in plenty of vineyard sunshine. This also includes a private bathroom, a kitchenette and a second laundry room if needed. It could be separate quarters for the older kids or for extended family on two single and one double bed. (The Studio will remain vacant if not rented with the home)
There are no photos of the studio yet. There is a room in the main house with two single beds and a glass door to the back deck with outdoor shower and second hamock that's not shown in the photos.
Hi-speed Wireless Internet, Tivo(dish net DVR), and Central Air conditioning are all included.
Better then heppa filters... central vacuum cleaner keeps dust, pollen, and allergens vented outside.
There is plenty of room outside as well with a large yard to enjoy and another back deck with an outdoor shower. Total relaxation. Farm neck golf course is just a few blocks away.
There are free tennis courts nearby.
Beach and small boat launch located at the end of Hudson ave.
Sailing camp park is just a few blocks away.
Many walking trails can be found as well for a pleasant stroll through the vineyard forest.
To Clarify, There are 4 private rooms with beds and two loft spaces with beds. this totals 6 bedrooms as listed plus the studio as a seventh. It is listed this way because the website does not provide a way to list lofts and studios other than to call them bedrooms. The studio is an extra $700 to sleep up to 15 people and have a third bath.
