Built in 1825 and recently beautifully renovated, ''Hunky Dory'' is situated on a quiet lane near the working 18th century Old Mill. Located in the historic district, from this home it is short walk past sea captains' mansions to Main Street. Beautifully landscaped with hydrangeas, lilies and flowering window boxes, the home is as charming outside as it is inside. A seashell lined driveway for off-street parking leads to a very private backyard surrounded by mature hedges. The backyard features a large brick patio, hammock, picnic table, adirondack chairs, grill and enclosed outdoor shower.
