Nestled onto a 1.6 acre wooded lot, this is the perfect get-away for your family vacation. With endless swimming, surfing, fishing, hiking, and golfing right at your back door, you are sure to find something for everyone. Designed for large family groups, well equipped,and nicely furnished, with comfortable mattresses, this house has a contemporary floor plan with more than 3000 SF of finished living space. A vaulted living room, dining room with sliding glass door to a large mahogany deck, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, all new appliances, 4.5 baths, a whirlpool tub are just a few of its custom features. The 6 bedrooms include 2 master bedroom areas making this the perfect extended family vacation house.

Ground Level/walk-out has 3 rooms, 1 full bath, and an oversized 1 car garage for your car, bikes, and/or beach items. There are 2 sliding glass doors entering off the back gravel parking area. This level has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 bedroom with 2 singles and 1 double (full-sized) bed, a TV room, and a full bath with a tub/shower and double sink vanity.
First Floor: Entrance from the street side front porch into a foyer leading to a light filled, vaulted living room, dining room, kitchen/butler's pantry, laundry, and half-bath. To the left of the living area is a first floor master bedroom suite with queen bed, full-bath, walk-in closet, walk-in shower, and whirlpool tub.
Second Floor: The stairway off the front entrance leads to a second floor loft/den area. The second floor also has two bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room which share a full bath with tub/shower and double sink vanity. The second floor master with queen bed has an ''ensuite'' full bath with tub/shower.
We have a seasonal package for expanded cable TV, unlimited domestic telephone usage, and high-speed internet which is available from April 1 - November 1. Other times you have basic cable TV and local phone dialing only.
Owners are members of the Chamber of Commerce.
WHY VACATION AT THE BEACH PLUM HOUSE IN TRURO?
Truro has more than half of it's land area owned by the Cape Cod National Seashore, which means there is public access to miles of trails for hiking, tidal inlets for kayaking, and beaches for swimming, fishing, and surfing. Truro is the least populated town on Cape Cod giving you lots of space at ocean and bay beaches. Provincetown is within 10 minutes from the house with quaint stores, great restaurants, more beaches, sail boats, ferries, and whale watch boats at the town wharf. Truro is a mecca for artists and writers with interesting classes and programs at the Castle Hill Center of the Arts. It's also known as a hiding place for ''celebs''. You might even see Ben Affleck visiting his mom at her home near Pamet Harbor! Whatever you enjoy about a beach vacation, you will still find the REAL Cape Cod here in Truro.
