This bright spacious house features a large wrap around deck at tree top level in a private quiet setting.
The house is a 5 minute walk from Chipman’s cove, which features glorious sunsets, walks along the marsh and views of Wellfeeet harbor. The house is 1 mile from the bay beach and a mile from Sam Cooks, a friendly bakery, coffee-shop and eatery.
Comfortably and casually furnished the house is on 2 levels - the main level has 2 large bedrooms [one with a private bath] and a smaller bedroom with a trundle bed. The main level also has a second full bath a spacious living room and eat in kitchen. The lower level
has a large family room with a TV and DVD player, and there are 2 large bedrooms with twin beds, a bathroom, and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
The front yard is a large flat lawn where children can play.
The house is large enough to be comfortable for 2 families. A family of 4 will find it wonderfully roomy.
