Our property is a member of the Wing’s Neck Trust community, consisting of a few dozen families on the outer half of Wing’s Neck. Trust members and guests have access to the Trust tennis courts and 2 private beaches. The main beach at the Cove includes swimming areas and a tidal pond full of tiny sea creatures (adored by young children). Small water craft (kayaks, sailfish) can be launched from and stored on racks at the beach. Two miles away is a landing for larger boats which can be then be anchored in the Cove. Local, quiet roads are ideal for biking, jogging and walking. Children can also be signed up for activities associated with the local sailing club. Our property is nestled within 30 acres of reservation lands, the quiet occasionally broken by a fog horn from the bay. The sunny and ample back yard has a variety of playthings for children of all ages. Less than 10 minutes away are larger public beaches, golf courses, boat rentals, bike path, theatres, fine restaurants and other Cape Cod activities. This property is the ideal way to relax and enjoy the best of Cape Cod without the din of crowds and traffic. |
