This charming cottage is nestled in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street just a minute's walk to its large shared private beach. Spacious and comfortable are keynotes. All on one level, it offers 4 bedrooms, & open living, family & dining areas which lead to a spacious kitchen fully equipped for your seafood extravaganzas! The grounds are beautifully landscaped with flowers, a gazebo, swing and sun deck--a place perfect for tanning and cookouts.
The quiet private Association Beach is just a few hundred feet away and accessed by a grassy old cart road. From the beach are beautiful views of Buzzard's Bay, Monument Beach, the Cape Cod Canal and the Train Bridge that connects to the mainland. There is a public boat ramp nearby at Barlow's landing to launch boats and leave trailers.

Wonderfully situated in the ''quiet part'' of the Old Cape, the peninsula called Wings Neck extends from Pocasset out into Buzzards Bay. It is an hour from Boston and just minutes from the Bourne Bridge. The area nearby is almost pastoral in nature with open fields, stone walls & historic homes.
Woods Hole and the Ferry to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard are twenty minutes away, and it is convenient to the August Falmouth Road Race, canal boat rides, and the bicycle path by the Canal or Woods Hole. The Children's Museum, Old Silver Beach & Monument Beach are within a 10 minute drive. Train rides are nearby on the other side of the canal. Golf, great fishing, Heritage Plantation, & Sandwich Glass are also near. Pocasset offers grocery, shopping & most amenities. Nearby Falmouth and Sandwich have great restaurants, shopping & sightseeing.
