Ballston Beach, considered by many to be the most beautiful beach on the outer Cape, is at the end of the road. Since there is no public parking on North Pamet Road (the parking area is on South Pamet Road), the street is very quiet. Two separate master bedroom suites with private baths and private decks overlooking the Pamet river valley and the hills of the National Seashore Park. Huge 800 sq. ft. mahogany deck over looking Pamet river valley with 36'' stainless steel barbeque. The enormous 18 x 22 ft. eat-in kitchen opening onto the deck with french doors seats 10, separate solarium dining area with double sliding doors onto the deck seats an additional 10. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new stainless steel gourmet appliances, DCS range, Two dishwashers, fridge with icemaker and filtered water dispenser. Granite countertops and solid cherry cabinets make for a beautiful and unique entertaining/vacation experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with serving and cooking utensils, everything you need for entertaining!
Ample storage for bikes and fishing equipment in basement garage. Beautifully landscaped grounds with extensive perennial plantings offer privacy and peacefulness. A vacation experience that will stay with you for a lifetime! Provincetown with its many restaurants, galleries, whale watches and people watching is a 15 minute drive. At the end of North Pamet is the Cranberry Bog walk, Pamet Valley Trail and Ballston Beach. Surfcasting at Ballston for Bass and Blues!
Less than 5 minutes away is the oldest golf course on Cape Cod, Highland Links, which overlooks the ocean from high bluffs in North Truro. The public 9-hole, par 36 course features windswept terrain with small greens and rolling hills and presents golfers with the challenges of yesterday's courses.
Nearby Cape Cod Highland Lighthouse is the oldest, highest, and most important lighthouse on Cape Cod. The first light was from whale oil, then lard oil, then kerosene, then electricity in 1932. Automated since 1986, it is still a functioning U.S. Coast Guard light. Locally it is known as Highland Light yet on maritime charts it is officially named Cape Cod Light.
Quick access to fresh water ponds, bike paths, cranberry bogs, and nature trails throughout the Cape Cod National Seashore. Numerous in-season concerts, plays and art shows in neighboring Provincetown and Wellfleet! Bike or drive the back roads to beaches and shops in Truro and Wellfleet without going on Route 6!

Where do I begin! This summer will be our third year staying at 55 North Pamet Rd. Our family absolutely adores this lovely property. It has all of the historic Cape Cod charm combined with every modern-day amenity. The house has been beautifully remodeled, with great attention to detail, and is very spacious allowing for everyone to spread out and have privacy when needed. At the same time, the home is designed perfectly for entertaining large groups. We have 10 people in our group that stay at the house as well as 12 additional family members that often come to the home for dinner etc. and everyone flows easily throughout the floor plan as well as the spacious deck outside.
The kitchen is a cook's dream. The location of the home is a little less than a mile from a beautiful oceanside beach (Ballston Beach), hiking trails, about a mile from the bay side, and just a hop skip and a jump away from the local grocery. The home also has a large well manicured backyard where our children love to run around. North Pamet Road is very quiet and the house itself is a very serene and peaceful retreat. Dave King is so easy to work with. He has always been very responsive to our questions and needs. I do not see how anyone can go wrong renting this lovely home.
