Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each (one converts easily to a king-sized bed), a full bathroom and a reading area. This unique home features a fully finished basement which functions as a fourth bedroom with a queen-sized futon, comfy furniture and many games, puzzles, books, movies and more, plus a full bathroom and a very large laundry room. There is a spacious deck with a grill, hardwood deck furniture and a roll-down awning. Around the side is a great outdoor shower. The house is newly furnished with all new beds, linens, furniture and kitchen appliances. Artwork and photography from local, well-known artists decorate the house. This house is a dream. It sleeps 8 comfortably, has room for occasional house-guests. It is a 5 minute ride or a 20 minute meditational walk through the trails to the beach. |
