This 1850’s Three-Bay Quaker home is located in the residential historic district. Its five bedrooms comfortably accommodate six to twelve guests. The home is situated in a charming neighborhood with a five-minute walk to Main Street.
The house has five fireplaces as well has HVAC. It was renovated in 2004, and beadboard has been installed throughout the house. Space for 1 vehicle is provided in the driveway.
The house is also equiped with WiFi for wireless Internet access.

The house is a perfect rental if you are looking to attend any of the off-season Nantucket events: Easter Weekend (March 27); Daffodial Weekend (April 22-24); Wine Festival (May 18-22) Memorial Day Weekend (May 18-30); Columbus Day (October 10) or Christmas Stroll (December 2-4). Also great for island weddings!!!
There is an accessible queen bedroom on the 1st floor. Next to it is a bathroom that has a shower that is easily accessed. Great for elderly or handicapped.

1st Floor: Living room with fireplace and plazma TV; large dining room (seats 10) with fireplace guest bedroom (queen) with fireplace, closet and private bathroom (large shower); brand new kitchen with island and French doors that open onto patio deck.
2nd Floor: Master bedroom (queen) with fireplace and plazma TV, private bath with marble countertops, tub with shower; large bedroom, with fireplace and two twin beds; sunny bedroom with two twins; one large bathroom (tub/shower); and full laundry room.
3rd Floor: newly renovated beadboarded attic with three built-in twin beds, one single bead, sitting area and 1/2 bath. There is a TV and VCR as well. Kids' haven -- they love this room!!!! |
