Super house in surfdside! the home is located on 21 western ave. Right across the street from the beach. There is also a bike path and a shuttle that will take you to town that runs every hour from the beginning of the street which is a three minute walk away. The home has two sections to it which is ideal for two families.The basement is finished with exta space for sleeping. there are two kitchens,three and a half baths, and five bedrooms. the yard is nice and large for entertaining, cookouts, etc. The home was built in 1998 and all the furniture, linens, bedding, etc. were all replaced in 2005. The home is also non- smoking. There are great waterviews from every direction!
