Mid-island - Naushop Info and area map
This large, beautiful Naushop home was built in 2003 and is in excellent condition. Ideal for two families, it comfortably accommodates 10 people in an open and airy layout. All rooms have been completely redecorated with new Ethan Allen furniture. The 3rd floor bedroom has been decorated with new Pottery Barn furniture. In the living room, there is a 42” plasma TV over the fireplace, a game table, a large sofa, a loveseat, two chairs and a large leather ottoman. In the dining area, there is a large dining table that can seat 10. All kitchen equipment and utensils are new. Also on the first floor is a convenient half bath. In each of the 3 full bathrooms, there is a hairdryer for your convenience. On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, a full bath ensuite, a walk-in closet and a cable TV/DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen sized bed and an armoire with a cable TV/DVD player. The third bedroom has a pair of twin beds.

On the second floor, there is also a full bath that is shared by the second and third bedrooms. On the third floor, there is a large bedroom ideal for the kids. This bedroom includes two twin beds, a trundle bed and a cable TV/DVD player. All beds include new mattresses, pillows, linens and blankets. On the lower level, there is a full bathroom and a media room that contains a 52” TV, DVD player and Playstation 2. In the grassy backyard, there is an outdoor shower and a brick patio easily accessible from the living room with new patio furniture and gas grill. This home is a short walk to the community pool, kiddie pool, playground, shuffleboard (2), tennis courts (2), community clubhouse, NRTA bus stop and bike bath. It is 1-1/2 miles to Surfside beach (which has a hamburger shack and beach rentals) and 2 miles to town. The house includes 10 beach towels, 10 beach chairs and a cooler for your use. For the very little ones, there is a Pack-n-Play and highchair. For the techies, Naushop is a Wi-Fi hotspot with service provided by Airpath. |
