First floor - large foyer leads to den and main staircase; full, formal parlor with fireplace (25’ x 16’); dining room; four season porch; kitchen; outdoor shower; half bath; family room (twin sleeper); full bath with shower and separate tub; bedroom (queen sized bed) with two closets.

Second floor – Main staircase leads upstairs; full bath; bedroom (king sized bed), closet and sitting area; bedroom (queen sized bed) with closet; master bedroom (king sized bed or two twin sized beds), three closets, sitting area and fireplace.

Amenities: village center, post office, church, playground, library, Kettle-Ho Restaurant & Pub, town dock, boat launch/landing and surrounding beaches are all a short 3/10 of a mile away. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, linens, two fireplaces, cable TV with DVD/VCR and TiVo, high-speed wired/wireless Internet access, no pets, no smoking, handicap accessible. Please inquire about beach passes.

Community: Established in 1648, Cotuit is a beautiful, quaint village; one of seven in the town of Barnstable. The local Cotuit Grocery Store and the Cotuit Kettleers Baseball field (part of the Cape Cod Baseball League) is a mere 7/10 of a mile from your doorstep. The Kettleers offer baseball clinics for youngsters during the summer months. At the nearby beach, sailing lessons are also offered by the Cotuit Mosquito Yacht Club. During the summer, several crafts fairs are held in the local park as well as the annual Cahoon Museum Brush Off, an auction of paintings by local townspeople and artisans alike.

The Loop Beach is a wonderful family beach and is a short 7/10 of a mile away. There are several boat landings, places to launch kayaks, sailboats and other pleasure boats. The Cotuit Highground Country Club is a par three, nine hole golf course, 3/10 of a mile from Milestones. King’s Grant Tennis Club is 1 1/2 miles and the over 90 delightful shops of Mashpee Commons is only 3 miles from Cotuit.

Tucked between Falmouth and Hyannis and a 20 minute drive from historic Sandwich, Cotuit has long been an excellent vacation site (and well kept secret) and Milestones offers you and your family’s every amenity.
