Charming, sunny 1850's home across the street from the beach in the East End. Decorated in a comfortable, shaby chic style. A quiet location yet just an easy stroll to art galleries, cafes and shops. The home features an extra large living room and dining room (freshly painted), wide plank floors, 4 bedrooms each with AC units, 3 bathrooms (2 with claw foot tubs, 1 stand-up shower) and a wonderful second floor sleeping porch from which you can hear the waves. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer and dryer. There are partial water views from the second floor.
The shady back yard is an inviting place to spend the afternoon or evening BBQ's.
Parking for one car and deeded beach access.
