We provide beach towels and beach chairs.
If you click on the map link at the top of the page you will see how Tern Lane ends in a ring near Lake Wequaquet, the largest lake on Cape Cod. You will have deeded rights to this private little beach which is a five minute walk away. More fun for younger teens, perhaps, is the public beach at Lake Wequaquet with lifeguards where the yellow road (Shoot Flying Hill Rd.) comes closet to the lake - a ten to fifteen minute walk.
If you click on map level #4, you will see how Craigville Beach, probably the most popular beach on the Cape, is a five minute drive and Sandy Neck Beach, with beautiful cliffside dunes, is a fifteen minute drive. Our FREE BEACH PARKING PASS could save you $120 per week or more depending on how often you go to the beaches.
Our house is about 10 minutes, depending on traffic, from the Cape Cod Mall and about the same distance from the funkier shopping in downtown Hyannis. Centerville/Hyannis is the population and retail center of Cape Cod. Tennis and golf are both five minutes away. Downcape is more quaint and rural.
Site seeing is everywhere depending on your interests. We provide our guests with a package of brochures.
