Cotuit Center for the Arts is thrilled to collaborate with the Cape Symphony in their season finale concerts.

The Cape Symphony is proud to present one of the most exciting and emotional symphonies ever written, Symphony no. 5 by Dmitri Shostakovich. It’s a symphony that was composed as a powerful and courageous response to Soviet oppression. We’ve paired this famous work with an extraordinary play for actors and orchestra, "Every Good Boy Deserves Favor," by Andre Previn and Tom Stoppard. It is the story of a political dissident and his cellmate who imagines he is maestro of an invisible orchestra. This unique program celebrates our freedom of political thought and the enduring human spirit. We’re pleased to partner for the very first time with the Cape Symphony in this rare theatrical event.
