A king size bed,TV,and DVD,and private bath await you in the Master bedroom. Guests enjoy a queen bed with their own adjacent hall bath.Beautiful tile floors.Clean,large,well-kept laundry facilities are on each floor. You may walk past the pool directly to the beach. Your condo is next to the 32 acre Tiger Tail Beach Park with barbacue facilities. Many attractions are nearby,such as golf, bicyclng,parasailing,jet skis,snorkling,wonderful restaurants and entertainment.We have been the owners of this unit since it was built. We are able to keep the costs down while maintaining the unit as though we were living there ourselves. We prefer not to overload the unit with more than four overnight guests but we have made an occasional exception. The condo rules do not allow more than seven in the unit at any time.This is a non-smoking, no pets condo. Thank you for obliging. |
