You will be more than satisfied if you decide to stay at my spacious, single story, air conditioned villa as it is ideally situated only minutes from Disney World on the much sought after subdivision of Orange Tree. The tranquil subdivision is set amongst orange groves and provides a peaceful haven from all the hustle and bustle of the theme parks whilst still being close enough to enjoy all the fun filled activities Orlando has to offer.
The minute you step through the door you will feel at home in the luxurious, tastefully furnished, air conditioned villa with its fully equipped kitchen (for the odd day when you are not sampling the tasty Floridian food) and laundry facilities and what could you possibly want more than clean, comfortable beds at the end of a tiring fun-filled day!!!
Just imagine relaxing beside your own (SW facing) sun drenched pool (bordered to the rear by a conservation area) or having your own games room…..its much better than a hotel!!!

The spacious shady lanai is ideal for al-fresco dining, as a respite from the sun or for evening relaxation alongside the illuminated pool.
Nearby community sports facilities consist of childrens playground, tennis court, basketball court and football pitch so there’s always plenty to do when taking your well earned break from the theme parks!!!
For the angler or golfer among you the villa is situated in lake County remowned for its many lakes with good fishing and near to the many golf courses in the Orlando area.
The pool may be heated (and it is advisable through the winter months) but there is an extra cost. Please ask for up to date costs.
The great room houses the cable TV, VCR and hi fi. and has a separate dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and waste disposal unit
The two master bedrooms (with en-suite facilities) each have queen size beds, closet and chest of drawers, with the larger of the two having direct access to the pool deck.
The twin rooms each have 2 single beds, closet and chest of drawers and share a third bathroom.
The laundry facilities consist of a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board.
All bed linen, towels, pool towels, crockery and cutlery are provided.
I'm sure you'll agree that the villa is in an ideal location and provides everything that you could possibly want for your memorable stay in Orlando, but if there's anything not included in the villa please ask and I will try to arrange it for you!!!!!
