The condo is freshly painted, new carpet, new ceramic tile and freshly decorated bathrooms. Master bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has twin beds and cable TV. Queen sofa bed in the living room with TV, VCR and stereo. Dining area seats 4-6. The lanai overlooks a beautiful walkway that is immaculately landscaped. The kitchen has dishwasher, disposal and microwave. One assigned/reserved parking space plus visitor parking available.
