Wonderful second floor, 2 story unit in very desirable quiet complex. Island Manor is the friendliest complex on the island and across the street from the beautiful Resident's Beach! You are just steps away from the 85 degree heated pool. The condo is freshly painted, new carpet, new ceramic tile and freshly decorated bathrooms. Master bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has twin beds and cable TV. Queen sofa bed in the living room with TV, VCR and stereo. Dining area seats 4-6. The lanai overlooks a beautiful walkway that is immaculately landscaped. The kitchen has dishwasher, disposal and microwave. One assigned/reserved parking space plus visitor parking available.
