Maravilla Resort has 2.5 acres of private sugar white sand beach! It is easy to access the beach or enjoy the two luxurious swimming pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, hot tub, clubhhouse with wireless internet connection, exercise room and equipment and BBQ grills.

Amenities: 2.5 acres private beach at Maravilla Resort, Two free beach chairs/umbrella service in season. Two swimming pools (1 heated), tennis courts, shuffleboard, whirlpool jacuzzi, clubhhouse with wireless internet connection, exercise room and exerise equipment in clubhouse, BBQ grills.

Destin's famous harbor and fishing fleet, deep sea and fly fishing, world class restaurants, casual and local dining, water sports, water parks, Henderson State Beach Park, James Lee Beach Park, miniature golf, wildlife viewing, biking, live theater, cinemas, museums sightseeing, swimming, snorkling, scuba diving, boating, sailing, surfing, parasailing, shopping and more!
Rental policies: No smoking! No pets! No damage! No theft! Maximum occupany is 6 guests. We are family oriented and will not rent to vacationing students for young adults under the age of 25. A reservation/security deposit is required and due upon booking a reservation. Rate does not include $75 cleaning fee and $50 processing fee. FL tax is 11%. No refunds for early departure or late cancellations. Reservation/secuirty deposit will be refunded by check within 14 days of departure providing there is no damage, or theft and all policies and conditions are followed. Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cashier's check is required if less than 30 day before arrival. Credit cards are not accepted.
Spring break and summer season require weekly rentals. Off season requires 4 night minimum stay.
Cancellation policy: A $100 cancellation fee, $50 non-refundable processing fee, plus 11% FL tax will be required on all cancellations. Daily and weekly reservations must be canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival and monthly reservations must be canceled 90 days prior to arrival or the full ammount of the reservation/security deposit is forfeited. Please note: if the reservation is not canceled within these time limits, then the cancellation fee, non-refundale processing fee, FL tax and forfeiture of the reservation/security deposit will be required. |
