You’ll find a sunroom accessible off both the living room and master bedroom. Once an open balcony, it is now a fully enclosed sunroom with tiled floor, windows and screens, yet you can let the breeze in by just sliding open the windows and still feel like you’re on a balcony while you enjoy your Intra-coastal waterviews. There is a cozy futon loveseat and a small bar table with two stools in the sunroom for your leisure.

The bedroom retreat includes a mirrored wall to capture waterviews, TV with DVD/VCR, a queen size bed and other rattan/bamboo furnishings such as the swivel rocker by the window overlooking the Intra-coastal waterviews. This is a spacious and comfortable one bedroom condo and we know you will be pleased with your decision to have it become your ''home away from home.''

Here, you'll enjoy watching the boats, jet skis, and wildlife go by. Pelicans soaring and diving, great blue herons wading in the water, and dolphins feeding and playing. You can enjoy such sights as you sit in your bedroom rattan rocker, lounge in your bed, or enjoy a snack or cocktail while relaxing in the sunroom. Or, get even closer to the action out by the heated pool...

This community offers you a HEATED community swimming pool, where you can swim, relax or sunbathe while enjoying wide waterviews on the Intracoastal Waterway. The clubhouse offers ping pong, an exercise room, and outdoors, there's shuffleboard. Across the waterway from this condo, is a wildlife preserve, with another one with boardwalk within walking distance. This is a great place to stay, if you're a nature lover or bird watcher.

It is only a short walk to the beach (7-9 minutes) where you can enjoy swimming, walking, and beautiful sunsets. Some folks walk daily to the beach just to see the sunsets. Walk to several restaurants and shopping nearby. Clearwater Beach and Madeira Beach/St.John's Pass fun and activities are only 10-15 minutes away by car, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet in your vacation condo retreat. You can even avoid driving by just taking the beach trolley which runs north up to Clearwater Beach or south down to St Petersburg Beach. This condo location is serene and away from the cars/traffic/noise of Gulf Blvd, yet close enough to enjoy everything offered along that route.

This is a second floor unit, there is no elevator and one staircase to climb to get to the condo front door.

Please Note: Multi month minimum rentals. Rental rate $2100/monthly plus 12% taxes, and $400 security deposit in winter/high season: December-April. Let us know that you want to make a reservation and we'll give send you instructions and paperwork for making your reservation and placing a hold on this unit for your stay. Reservations must be made more than 75 days in advance. Vacation stay balance of rent/taxes/deposit must by paid at least 75 days prior to your date of arrival. Reservation is confirmed once condo association provides us with approval of your tenant application. Cancellation or refund possible but only IF we are able to re-book the same time period to another vacationer.
