All condos have a Direct, full front view of the Gulf of Mexico.You will enjoy panoramic sunsets every night from our large screened lanai. The 350'white sugar sand beach is only 3 condos away. You walk down a white sandy path to the beach. The beach is on the quiet end of Ft. Myers Beach. It is a short walk from the Holiday Inn and the Outrigger Resort which has live entertainment daily. This incredibile beach is the best kept secret in SW Florida!!!the 7 mile beach. We have a large wagon for transporting chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. to the beach. The beach is 7 miles long.
The fully equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a full size washer and dryer, LR,DR, full kitchen and large screened lanai. There are great Gulf views from the LR, DR, and the MB. Every room has a ceiling fan including 3 fans on the lanai. There are 3 large TVs,96 channels, Direct TV with the NFL Football package,and DVD player. Good, clear,
TV. Central Air and great water output in showers.

This is a very well maintained condo...family orientated....safe.
Trolley runs everyday on the hour for 25 cents.Directly across the street is a plaza with shops, great restaurants (5), nightly entertainment, post office, bank, 7 eleven, CVS Pharmacy.
Within walking distance is the movie theater and medical clinic.
2 miles away is Publix for grocery shopping. Fort Myers Beach has everything you look for in a great vacation: beautiful beach,lots to do for the family, plenty of wonderful restaurants, shopping, and just plain fun. We refer to it as '' our little bit of heaven.'' Come and you will see that it is truly ''a paradise.''The MB has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has two twins that can be made into a king if need be. You will be delightfully surprised with the furnishings in our condo. There are aero beds to sleep 6 comfortably.
Fort Myers Beach is approximately 20 min. from Sanibel and Captiva and 25 min. from Naples. Marco Island is 45 min. away.
There is a public golf course on Ft. Myers Beach, but many golf courses within 30 min. |
