Decorated in neutral colours, the property is single-storeyed with the master bedroom and its king bed overlooking the large pool at the rear. The second master with a queen bed is at the front and the 2 twin bedded rooms in the center. These twin rooms are themed - one Disney and the other Golf.
The spacious family room also overlooks the pool which is accessed through patio doors which are alarmed for safety purposes. The remaining floor space accommodates the second sitting and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room.
