The vacation condo is found in an adult community, (1 person must be 55 years old) within 5 miles from the Gulf Beach. The unit has a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and more. Dining area has a table and chairs for 4 adjacent to living room. The living room opens onto the carpeted, screen enclosed lanai with table & chairs. For overnight guests the living room has a sofa sleeper and DVD/VCR player and color TV with remote control. Ceiling fans are located in living room and bedroom area with smoke detector in hallway.
There are two outdoor heated pools, assigned parking, tennis court, active club house, car washing area and 3 laundromats on premise. Offered at the club house, bingo, women & men's night, card night, dancing, pot luck dinners, wine & cheese or pizza party at the pool, trips, golf league, book club and more. The entertainment committee has the right to reorganize and change entertainment at any time.

The following items provided for comfort of guest and replacement is not necessary, paper towels, dish detergent, liquid hand soap, napkins, scouring pad, salt & pepper, garbage bags, bathroom tissue, kleenex, bath soap, shower spray cleaner and toilet bowl cleaner.
For the pool and beach enjoyment, find 2 beach towels and beach chairs in the hall closet. Within walking distance is Winn-Dixie, Sav-a-Lot, 7-Eleven, CVS Pharmacy, dry cleaners, hair, nail and pedicure salon, barbershop, Perkins Restaurant, Chinese with sushi bar, McDonalds, Subway, Arbys, pizza shop, Big Lots, Dollar Store, liquor store and more. Outside the main entrance of the complex is public transportation. Walk or drive to Lake Seminole Park found about 8/10 mile. The park offers a walking trail of two miles, biking, roller blade, public boat ramp, picnic and childrens play area. For any of these activities guest should rent or provide their own equippment.
Phone service for local calling is provided, however, calling cards recommended for long distance calling.
Tampa International Airport about 20-30 minutes, St. Petersburg/Clearwater International about 15 minutes. Tampa is home to Busch Gardens within a 45 minute drive. Orlando, home to Disney World and Universal Studios is about 1 1/2-2 hour drive. Sports enthusiast can enjoy, Tropicana Field, Raymond James Stadium, Leagues Field or the Ice Palace.
You will find a wide variety of dining experiences, shopping, sailing, casino cruise's, fishing, jet skiing, parasailing, sight seeing, art museums, the adventure is endless. |
